Dr. Eldon Hastings, a prominent practicing dentist, recognized a need in the dental industry. As the employer of many dental assistants, he consistently saw dental assisting graduates enter his office without the necessary experience to provide excellent care. In response, he founded AIDA to provide real-world, hands-on training so aspiring dental assistants can learn the skills they need before they enter the field.
